My Inspiration

If you had told me a year ago that I would be creating a blog, I would have looked at you like you were crazy. Let's face it, I am not the most tech savvy girl in the world. I still love writing real letters. And reading the King James Version of the Bible. And teaching The Scarlet Letter to a bunch of whining Juniors. And real pictures you can actually hold. I mean, come on  I just got on Facebook 2 months ago! But it is amazing how much things change with the birth of a child and how suddenly every single event and moment needs to be frozen in time.

 My wonderful friend Sarah Ezell inspired me to create a blog, and after reading hers all the time, I must admit that I am hooked! After failed attempts at scrap booking and even managing to write in a baby book, I reluctantly started researching and decided to take the plunge. I hope that I can stay on top of this for Vivie, and she will be able to look back on these posts and understand the depths of my love for her. I cherish each day with her, and I hope this will be a way for us to look back and remember the days that did not even seem that important, but were so special just because she was there spreading her joy.
